Why hire me?
It is very important to find a coach who knows what he/she is doing, is creative, whom you trust and feel comfortable sharing with. I embody a very direct and no-nonsense coaching style. I can get to the point, the root cause or issue, figure it out, work with you to set actions and move forward without wasting your time and money. As your coach, I will encourage you to push the envelope and take bold, decisive action in your life.
If this style might work for you, I would love to be your coach. If you would like to find out more and see if our partnership might be a good fit , lets have a trial session and we will figure out if this relationship can produce results.
Why does Coaching work?
We know
coaching works because we tested it ourselves. Most of us, coaches, either had a coach in the past or still work with a coach to keep us focused and on track, so we know exactly what you will go through and what you need to do to make it work.
If you look at a baseball laying on a table, what do you see? My guess would be – you might see only one side of the ball. What if someone – like a coach – would enable you to see what is going on on the other side? Would you know more? Would you benefit from that? Whether you are an entrepreneur or a house wife, you would benefit from coaching, you will succeed in every aspect of your life.
Coaching works because:
- You will work with a professional coach, who is trained to listen, observe, identify needs, and customize the approach to and strategies
- A coach will work with you to identify, develop and focus on your strengths
- You will have a step by step plan how to achieve what you want or need
- You will have increased confidence and motivation to set and achieve new goals
- You will have the tools how to be happier, balanced, become more successful, and enjoy your life

What should you know before you sign up for coaching?
There are certain things you need to understand and know
before you hire a life, business, or corporate coach.
Coaches are not therapists; they are not mental health professionals. Coaching is NOT therapy. Coaches are trained to listen, observe, identify needs, elicit strategies, solutions, and actions from a client, and customize the approach to the individual client’s needs. A therapist, on the other hand, focuses on a client’s emotional side and behavior and uses different of communication methods to help improve your inner monologue or make a positive impact on your mental health. If you do need therapy, a coach will refer you to a therapist to deal with any issues you may have separate from the coaching relationship.
Furthermore, coaches cannot make you take an action (no one can), and they do not have control over what you do or do not. In coaching, you will be held accountable for the commitments or promises you make, if you choose this kind of approach. A coach’s responsibility is to work with you to eliminate any kind of fears you may have, support you, and give you tools that will help you be successful if you choose to do so. But eventually, you will need to do the work, you will need to take actions and achieve the results you want. So if you hire a coach and expect that coach to do all the work for you, you probably do not need coaching.
Finally, confidentiality is a must. A cornerstone of an effective coaching relationship is trust. Therefore, conversations will remain 100% confidential unless another agreement is made to set boundaries around what will and will not be shared or there is a risk of physical harm to self or others.

How much would it cost?
A client may expect to invest in a range of about $150 to $1000 per month for three to five half-hour, 45 minutes to full hour coaching sessions each month. Because there are different options available, a coach will work with a client to find one that will match a client’s needs.

Who needs Coaching and why?
Every person who cares about his or her future, achieving dreams, and being effective needs coaching. If you look at a baseball laying on a table, what do you see? My guess would be – you might see only one side of the ball. What if someone – like a coach – would enable you to see what is going on on the other side? Would you know more? Would you benefit from that? Whether you are an entrepreneur or a house wife, you would benefit from coaching.
So that is why we say that everyone needs coaching…
- Professionals
- Entrepreneurs, business owners
- Home makers
- Owners or Managers of small companies
- People who run a business from their home
- Executives
- Those in the early stages of career change
- People that have achieved some success, but are now stuck
- Everyone who wants more, wants to grow and be more successful personally or in business
- Everyone who works on a project and needs short term or long term support
If you’re like most of us, you:
- …are not fully enjoying your life
- …want more from your life, are ready to set bigger goals, but not sure how to get there
- …are afraid of taking action
- ….working on a project, situation, or a goal, but not sure why you get “stuck”
- …might be successful, but still not fulfilled
A coach will challenge you, hold you accountable, work with you to set direction and goals, inspire, and support you to get you from where you are right now to where you want to be and to have the life that you deserve. Some people need to work with a coach to be held accountable, while others simply need to have someone to share the wins with.
If you find yourself wanting more from your life, you feel it difficult to achieve what you want and you need support, you should consider coaching. Even if you already are successful, do you really know your potential and how much more you can achieve?

How does Coaching work?
How do I work with a coach?
You know what coaching is, but still not sure how coaching works? A coach and a client work together on different areas like business, career, finances, health, family, etc. A professional coach is trained to listen, observe, identify needs, and customize the approach to and strategies for the individual client’s needs.
As a result of coaching, a client:
- Will set better short term and long term goals, possible actions to achieve the goals and overcome potential challenges
- Will be more focused on achieving a specific goal
- Will be held accountable for actions taken
- Will eliminate “tolerations”
- Will achieve the goals as a result of efforts and focused and effective actions
A coach and client interactions usually are conducted over the phone, sometimes in person or even via e-mail or fax. The geographical location does not matter as coaching is well suited to professionals’ busy lives. The time and the length of the call are to be determined by a coach and a client. There are different options available and can be customized based on every client’s needs – 3 or 4 calls a month or one call every week that may last for 45min or 1 hour.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is powerful partnership – you and a coach – that can empower you, shift and change your life. It is about you, what you want and desire, and empowering you to get where you want to be with ease. It is directed towards change, moving forward, advancement, and results. From the organizational stand point, business and corporate coaching can apply to all parts of an organization from performance improvement, effectiveness to team building, retention, change management or adoption or a new technology. Coaching can be called different names like personal coaching, life coaching, business coaching, growth coaching, career, corporate coaching, etc. The coaching principles and tools are the similar. The difference is in the purpose of the coaching relationship – whether you need coaching for your personal benefits, for your business, both, or maybe for a huge organization that is going through some tough changes.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “Professional coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals and organizations improve their performances and achieve extraordinary results. Professional coaches work with clients in all areas including business, career, finances, health and relationships. As a result of professional coaching, clients set better goals, take more action, make better decisions, and more fully use their natural strengths.”
Whether a client is an individual, business partners or an organization, a coach will work with you to identify who you are, what your needs are, where you currently are, and where you want to be in the future. Whether you have a new career or just started business or you are an experienced pro, coaching has been proven to increase performance levels by at least 20%. Through coaching you will get support, encouragement, tools, and resources that will enable you to move forward. Coaching is about growth, support, moving forward, change, improvements, and results.
Note: Coaches are not therapists; they are not mental health professionals. Coaching does not deal with mental health, emotional pain or healing.
